Spaced garter stitch rows, worked sideway add vertical texture.  Work the wide medallion mosaic stitch border separately, then seam along one side edge for asymmetrical interest. Ancient Arts Fibre Crafts 100% Superwash Merino DK/Light Worsted (200m/220yds = 100g/3.5oz., Cat. 3): 8 skeins MC, 1 skein CC1 and 1 skein CC2.

Size 4.5mm/US7 circ needle, 16-inch and 29-inch cables, or size to achieve gauge
